The Tampa Bay Buccnaeers made some changing to their starting lineup on both sides of the ball due to different reasons.

On offense, tackle Jamon Meredith – not Jeremy Trueblood as many expected – will replace Ted Larsen at right guard. Meredith got first-team reps in practice this week and beat out Trueblood for a chance to start against the Chiefs.

The former Gamecock came into the league as a fifth round draft pick in 2009 by the Green Bay Packers. Meredith also spent time with the Bills, Lions, Giants, and Steelers before coming to Tampa Bay.

This will be Meredith first start since his rookie season.

Meanwhile, due to Aqib Talib's suspension, E.J. Biggers will start at left corner today.

This is Biggers fourth season with the Bucs and he has had to step into the starting lineup on a number of different occasions throughout his career.

He has started 12 games over the past two seasons, and has 118 tackles, 22 passes defensed, and two interceptions during his time with the Bucs.
